This episode was recorded on the eve of our big move to The Big Apple (which, by the way, is a coinage we stand behind, despite the fact that most of the apples we’ve had in New York were grown organically and therefore a tad bit smaller than say… one that was biologically enhanced, overly red, yet deliciously delicious. In the end, it doesn’t matter whether we stand behind the nickname or not, because it doesn’t have anything to do with apples in the first place. Rather, horse racing. Bet you didn’t know that.
